Life with Noah: 2 weeks and 6 days old

So noah has been sleeping pretty good lately. we go to bed around 1am, even though hes alseep by 8, and he wakes up around 6. of course theres about 2 feedings during the night and a diaper change, but its been a lot easier than the first week home. hes got a pretty bad diaper rash, like his butt is raw.im trying to air him out a lot and use wipes very sparingly. his gas has reduced a lot, and his poops are little and often, instead of the one huge one we were getting for a few days. now about me. I weight 146, woo hoo! I have 14 lbs to go till im back to what i was when I got pregnant and 31 lbs to go till i hit my goal! not too shabby. alright, well it looks like its noahs second lunch time, he eats sooo often now. he barely latches onto my left breast so he gets probably so little out of it.. but im feeding him whenever he seems hungry (which is every 30 mins or so) so hopefully he's doing good weight/nutrition wise.
